You do not need to book for any of the classes. All classes run according to the timetable, so simply come along to your chosen Miss Spartan class.
Everyone is welcome along to a Miss Spartan class. Remember, we offer a 7 day free trail to new clients! Please call if you intend on bringing in more than 4 friends to one class as some of the classes are busier than others.
We cater for all fitness levels.
Please let us know if you have medical clearance before starting. If you have any injuries, illnesses or conditions that may affect your training we will need to know also.
If you’re old enough to be using our website or young enough that your eyesight can cope reading it, you will be fine! Our current members range from ages 17 to 70.
Just a comfortable Tshirt and shorts/leggings that you wouldn’t be afraid to sweat in. Sensible runners are recommended.
Please bring along some water and a towel if you’d like to.
All classes run during school holidays. Please check our facebook and instragram pages regarding public holidays.
We have members that train most days with us & others that only attend once a week to break up their regular training. It really depends on your goals, commitments, time restraints.
