Yes, you can book all your classes via PT minder.
If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel out at as soon as possible. Many classes have wait lists, so please give others the opportunity to attend if you can’t.
We cater for all fitness levels.
Please let us know if you have medical clearance before starting. If you have any injuries, illnesses or conditions that may affect your training we will need to know also.
If you’re old enough to be using our website or young enough that your eyesight can cope reading it, you will be fine! Our current members range from ages 17 to 70.
We have members that train most days with us and others that only attend once a week to break up their regular training. It really depends on your goals, commitments, time restraints. Of course the more often you train, the more you will gain.
